Fellow Elitists
James Pierson begins his analysis of recent events at Harvard by citing Allan Bloom's address there, which Bloom began brilliantly with "Fellow Elitists...." Pierson goes on to blame the radical left for Lawrence Summers' resignation. However, Peter Berkowitz, who argues that Summers himself didn't follow his insticts about liberal education in the end, may have channeled Bloom more clearly.
