Fukuyama on Iran

Francis Fukuyama highlighted the Abdorrahman Boroumand Foundation for the promotion of democracy in Iran today in his OpEd piece in the Wall St. Journal (subscription required). This site also contains a memorial called "Omid," which means "hope" in Farsi, dedicated to the victims of the revolution of 1979 and complete with database software to search for victims.
