The Pathetic Times

Now that the war is going so well in Iraq, the NYTimes is encouraging the Bush administration to seize the opportunity to "transform the psychology of the Mideast peace process."

Is the Times kidding? After consistently opposing the war, they now want to co-opt one of the administration's reasons for waging war in the first place. This is the most ridiculous case of me-tooism I've ever seen. Let's see if the Times advocates a charge to Damascus tomorrow.
