Conservatives Win in Greece
Sending the socialist party (PASOK) packing after its decade-long reign, the conservative New Democracy party won decisively in elections today in Greece. The new prime minister will be Costas Karamanlis, nephew of the former prime minister who restored democracy to Greece after the military junta in the early '70s.
