Bush has made changes on the Bioethics panel -- or as the angry Washington Post says, he has "ejected" two members.

Update, 6:58PM: John Kerry hasn't wasted a moment's notice making a criticism about "precooking" the advice that you get. So a neurosurgeon from Johns Hopkins (one of the new appointees) isn't good enough for Mr. Kerry. The Hopkins doc has the disadvantage of believing in God.

If I were Andrew Sullivan I'd call this Kerry's money quote: "We deserve to have people whose reputations and abilities are not tarnished. . . . . by. . . . . religion."
